We have significant experience in senior Sales and Sales Operations management roles with a wide range of companies from startups to Fortune 500.  Our expertise, based on our background and experience, is predominantly with software and hi-tech companies that sell B2B, with mostly a direct sales model.

Glenn Farquhar

Glenn spent the first 12 years at IBM in Sales and Sales management roles.  He then spent 10 years in senior sales executive roles at Lotus Development Corp.  Glenn has worked as VP Sales in several diverse stage companies including Proclarity (acquired subsequently by Microsoft) and Ektron.  As Chief Sales Officer, Glenn was actively involved in multiple mergers and acquisitions and subsequent sales force consolidations.  Glenn has deep interest and expertise in sales process,  sales management best practices and go to market strategy.

Glenn has a B.S. in Economics and MBA both from the University of Michigan

Stephen Coleman

Steve has spent half of his career in sales and sales management and the other half in sales operations.  He has considerable expertise in Sales Operations and was VP Global Sales Operations at Lotus Development, BrassRing, Deploy Solutions, Brightcove, and Peoplefluent. Additionally, Steve has extensive experience with sales methodology: Miller Heiman, Challenger, Sandler, Solution Selling and Corporate Visions to name a few, as well as business process expertise and the instantiation of these processes in a CRM (most notably salesforce.com).  Steve also has a considerable experience with the SaaS environment from 2001 to present.

Steve has a B.S. in Social Anthropology from the University of Oregon and an M.A. in Social Anthropology from the University of Virginia.
